Responsibilities: Manage the complete operational cycle for Private Banking investment products, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations. Handle corporate actions, including mandatory, voluntary, and elective events, while ensuring clear communication and monitoring of client elections. Conduct reconciliations and controls for cash, positions, and transactions, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Process deposits, remittances, and facilitate asset transfers efficiently. Contribute to system enhancements, including user acceptance testing and process improvements designed to optimize operational workflows. Implement proactive measures to enhance operational processes and mitigate risks. Oversee payment processing via SWIFT Alliance, ensuring accurate release of payments. Generate trade advisories, account statements, and assist in preparing periodic reports. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to resolve operational issues effectively. Support various ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as required. Liaise and communicate in Mandarin with Native Chinese clients and stakeholders from HQ. Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field. At least 8 years of relevant experience within the banking sector, focusing on Private Wealth Management Operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of Avaloq is advantageous. Proficient in Mandarin in order to liaise and communicate with Native Chinese clients and stakeholders from HQ.
