Job Summary Join our team to lead and coordinate M&E project planning, design, and execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Plan and design M&E projects, managing material requisition, cost control, and documentation to meet project requirements Coordinate technical matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, providing documented M&E resolutions Review project specifications, clarify technical issues, and resolve discrepancies or defects in construction drawings Prepare and verify method statements to ensure consistency and alignment with project standards Monitor M&E work progress, troubleshoot site issues, and implement timely solutions to maintain project schedules Ensure M&E workmanship quality complies with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards Participate actively in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution Foster teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous improvement within the project team Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination for New Build, Addition & Alteration (A&A), or Repair & Replacement (R&R) projects Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction processes, and regulatory requirements Proven coordination and problem-solving skills to proactively address site challenges Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and clients Self-motivated, independent, responsible, and adaptable with a strong team spirit Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines Other Information Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive team environment that recognizes and values your contributions Career growth opportunities within the construction industry If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work in a place where you’re valued, apply now!
