Project Coordinator (Arch)

Your Role As a key member of our project team, you will: Review, coordinate, and produce architectural drawings including shop drawings Ensure all architectural works comply with project specifications and approved plans Supervise and inspect subcontractors’ works to ensure quality and workmanship standards Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve design and technical issues Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards (e.g. BCA CONQUAS, Quality Mark) Prepare and manage submissions, material approvals, reports, and site documentation Monitor architectural work schedules, material procurement, and site progress Attend project and site meetings, providing updates on coordination and progress matters You will play a critical role in maintaining architectural quality, coordination efficiency, and project delivery standards.
