Bugis $4,500 - $5,500 6 Months Contract Review of application documents for processing of portfolio account opening and closure Request for opening/closure of safekeeping and CDP accounts with the custodian Liaison with Front Office/Compliance/BCCO/Middle Office on client account related matters Perform mark-to-market pricing of securities to ensure fair value of assets and portfolio Creation and maintenance of client static data to support the front office/product team/CDU Perform maintenance of client static data in BWCIF and upload of client specimen signature in SVS via ODIS Team Daily review of maintenance reports from Report Hub for client static updates/changes Daily review of reports on stale prices and price variances on securities Daily enrichment of Structured Notes and Equity & FX accumulator/decumulator assets Adhoc creation/maintenance of equity, bonds and fund assets in the system Adhoc creation and maintenance of transactional counterparty, issuer and custodian containers Scanning of client documents in ECM-Portal for archival in the bank’s Document portal Work with Data & Records Management vendor on physical storage of client and transaction documents Requirements Diploma/ Degree in Banking & Finance, Business or Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the wealth management industry. Prior static data maintenance and/or corporate action experience an advantage.
