M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer to support the execution of building services projects across commercial and industrial developments. The successful candidate will be involved in the full project lifecycle — from engineering coordination and design review through to site supervision and commissioning. Candidates with experience in Singapore building M&E projects are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and coordinate M&E engineering drawings, technical submissions, and specifications Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project execution and technical matters Monitor and supervise site progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of M&E systems Ensure adherence to Singapore authority requirements including BCA, SCDF, PUB, and EMA guidelines Support project meetings, documentation, material submissions, and progress reporting Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent Minimum 6–7 years of relevant M&E building project experience in Singapore Familiar with ACMV, electrical power and lighting, fire protection and alarm, plumbing and sanitary, and ELV systems Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM and CSD coordination preferred Sound knowledge of local codes of practice and authority submission requirements Good communication and coordination skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Candidates with stronger experience and qualifications will be considered for a Senior M&E Engineer position Working location: Jurong East Salary: SGD 4,500 – 6,500/month , commensurate with qualifications and experience Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
