About this role
Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and property-related partners Conduct market research to identify potential clients requiring office renovation, design, or workspace planning Engage prospects to understand their workplace needs and propose suitable solutions Coordinate with internal design and project teams to align client requirements with proposals Prepare basic presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closure Attend meetings, site visits, and events when required Ensure timely follow-up on all leads Requirements: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven. Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and engaging corporate clients. Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Sales, business development, recruitment, or client servicing experience preferred. Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, or other B2B industries is an advantage but not required.
