Corporate Communication Senior Executive - AI Tools

About the Role Communications Executive to help drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools across the business. You'll coordinate training sessions and workshops, develop clear and useful adoption resources, and craft communications that make AI tools accessible and exciting for everyone — from newsletters and intranet content to short videos and infographics. What You Will Do Training & Adoption Develop, curate, and maintain training and adoption materials — user guides, presentations, FAQs, and quick-reference resources Plan and coordinate AI training sessions, workshops, and adoption events with stakeholders, trainers, or subject matter experts Coordinate onboarding of new AI tool users, manage logistics for adoption activities, and monitor adoption metrics Collect and analyse user feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery Communications & Marketing Plan and execute internal communication campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools Produce engaging content for newsletters, announcements, intranet articles, and email campaigns Maintain and enhance the AI tools SharePoint site to keep content accurate, accessible, and up to date Design and produce media assets such as banners, infographics, and short videos What We Are Looking For Minimum Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts Experience organising training events or workshops Demonstrated AI competency — self-directed AI literacy development and practical use of AI tools to boost productivity Singaporean Only By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information perScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
