Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (Pre-Opening Hotel)

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join the opening team of a new luxury hotel in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pre-opening journey and play a key role in ensuring exceptional cleanliness, quality standards and guest satisfaction from day one. As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned guest floors, supervise housekeeping team members, and ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and inspect guest rooms, corridors and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation and operational standards are consistently achieved. Monitor room readiness and coordinate room status updates with the Front Office team. Supervise Room Attendants and provide guidance, coaching and on-the-job training to support performance and development. Allocate daily assignments and monitor productivity to ensure efficient operations. Conduct quality inspections and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained across all assigned areas. Respond promptly to guest requests, feedback and service recovery situations to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance issues and follow up on rectification works. Ensure housekeeping pantries, linen rooms and work areas are clean, organised and properly maintained. Manage lost and found procedures and ensure accurate documentation of guest belongings. Complete housekeeping reports, inspection records and operational documentation accurately and on time. Monitor team grooming, hygiene and professional presentation standards. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, security requirements and housekeeping standards. Support a positive team environment and contribute to the smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department.
