Assistant Restaurant Manager (Hotel Pre-Opening Team)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and vibrant environment. Responsibilities: Support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and service excellence. Lead and supervise the service team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality guest experiences. Handle guest feedback, service recovery, and maintain exceptional hospitality standards. Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations. Monitor reservations, table management, and service flow during operating hours. Train, coach, and develop team members while supporting recruitment and performance management. Assist in achieving financial targets through upselling, cost control, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant operations. Strong knowledge of service standards, restaurant operations and guest engagement. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
