We are seeking a passionate and talented Bartender Supervisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, craft memorable drinks, and bring energy to one of Singapore's most anticipated luxury lifestyle hotel openings. Responsibilities: Lead and support the bar team during daily operations. Ensure exceptional guest service and memorable bar experiences. Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages to the highest standards. Train, coach, and motivate bartenders to deliver service excellence. Monitor stock levels, bar cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a Senior Bartender, Bartender Supervisor, or similar role. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations. Passion for hospitality and guest engagement. Positive leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
