Sales Executive (Av / IT Solutions)

Position : Sales Executive (AV / IT Solutions) Location : Ubi (3 Bus Stops or 8 mins walk from Ubi Mrt) Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Up to 3 Months Bonus + Mobile Phone Reimbursement + Medical/Health Insurance + PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Duration : Permanent Industry : Audio Visual / IT Solutions / Workplace Technology / System Integration Responsibilities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities with corporate and commercial clients. Meet customers to understand their AV, video conferencing, meeting room, digital signage, and workplace technology needs. Recommend suitable AV / IT solutions based on customer requirements. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents. Manage the full sales process from enquiry to closing and project handover. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and key decision makers. Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Follow up with customers on project progress, after-sales support, upgrades, and future business opportunities. Maintain sales pipeline updates and provide regular sales reports. Requirements: Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in AV, IT solutions, unified communications, workplace technology, system integration, or B2B project sales.
