Sales Director (Home Appliances)

Responsibilities: Lead the sales organization, develop strategic customer partnerships, strengthen distribution channels, and execute go-to-market strategies across retail, e-commerce, and key account channels. Develop and execute the Singapore sales strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives Lead negotiations on commercial agreements, pricing strategies, promotional programs, and joint business plans. Drive growth across online marketplaces and digital sales channels. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and enhance capabilities. Drive sales forecasting accuracy, demand planning, and inventory optimization in collaboration with supply chain teams. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences. Provide market insights and recommendations to support product launches and portfolio management.
