Accounts Executive

It offers hardware, software, consulting, project delivery, financing, and comprehensive after-sales support. Job Summary Manage full sets of accounts and support financial reporting, tax compliance, and collections for a trading and distribution company with high-volume transactions. Responsibilities Manage full sets of accounts to ensure accurate financial records Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports with detailed analysis to support business decisions Perform collections by engaging clients for payment and prepare overdue reports for sales staff to manage outstanding debts Prepare GST, import duty, withholding tax, and corporate income tax returns in compliance with statutory requirements Maintain fixed assets and inventory registers to ensure accurate asset tracking and inventory control Ensure timely and accurate financial closing in accordance with Singapore Accounting Standards and local tax laws Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and government authorities to facilitate audits and compliance Required competencies and certifications Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent field Minimum 3 years of experience managing full sets of accounts Knowledge of accounting procedures, Singapore Accounting Standards, and tax laws Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in trading and distribution companies with high-volume transactions Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player with a positive learning attitude and self-motivation Other Information Work schedule: 5 days work week
