To power the expansion of our EPM business line (Workday Adaptive Planning and Jedox) into Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Business Analyst/Associate Consultant based in Singapore. About The Role The ideal candidate possesses financial or multidimensional modeling experience and possess the ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts. You will sit at the intersection of business and technology, balancing client-facing requirements gathering, solution design, and hands-on implementation. The team is geographically and nationally diverse. As a consultant in our EPM practice team, you will work across our Workday Adaptive Planning and Jedox portfolios. You will quickly gain the autonomy to lead smaller projects under the guidance of a Project Lead. Responsibilities Work with clients to understand their current planning processes and take a consultative approach to migrating legacy models into Workday Adaptive Planning or Jedox. Leverage your expertise to recommend the best solution based on the client’s requirements, budget, and time frame; with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified. Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project. Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday Adaptive Planning or Jedox. Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project. Assist with sales activities by attending sales calls and performing solution demos as a Workday Adaptive Planning and Jedox subject matter expert. Work with Solutions Architects to review Statements of Work (SOWs) to assure proper scoping, timelines, and resource allocations. Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization. Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of product functionality with each new software release and participate in internal knowledge-sharing opportunities. Skills & Qualifications At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)/ FP&A solution, technology consulting, or corporate finance. Specific experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Jedox (highly preferred), with existing certifications will be an added advantage Broader background in FP&A, Corporate Performance Management (CPM/EPM), BI, or ERP systems. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (required) and knowledge of SQL or experience with multidimensional modeling/OLAP cubes. Foundational knowledge in accounting, finance, consolidation, management reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting, and budgeting is essential. Data & System Integration and ETL knowledge will be an added advantage. Understanding of process automation and enhancement using AI Tools including Gemini, Claude and ChatGPT would be an added advantage. Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships, inspiring confidence in yourself and the delivery team. A consultative mindset focused on driving projects toward successful, referenceable client outcomes.
