Job Description & Requirements Job Description Provide bilingual (English–Chinese) support to the General Manager, including on-site interpretation and translation of business documents. Assist with daily administrative matters, calendar management, meeting arrangements, and travel planning. Provide driving support to the General Manager when required, ensuring journeys are safe, punctual, and kept strictly confidential. Coordinate communication and liaison across internal departments, external partners, and government agencies. Requirements Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts and provide interpretation and translation support when required. Willing to learn and able to adapt, including picking up industry-related terminology (mining, construction, engineering, etc.). Holder of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record. Good time-management and trip-planning skills. Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, including at construction and mining project sites. A strong sense of responsibility, professional integrity, and strict confidentiality. Able to accommodate flexible or irregular working hours when required.
