Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff. Inventory Management: Managing food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs. Operations: Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Marketing: Contributing to marketing efforts, promoting the restaurant, and developing strategies to attract customers.
