Logistic Specialist (1 Year Contract)

Job Title:Logistics Specialist (1 Year Contract) Working Location: Woodlands Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Salary Package Basic Salary: $3,800 – $4,700 Transport Allowance: $200 (Fixed) Completion Bonus: 1 Month Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution. Coordinate logistics arrangements based on customer requirements. Liaise with service providers to secure freight space. Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection. Prepare shipping documentation for international shipments and domestic deliveries. Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and delivery. Resolve shipment or logistics issues with relevant stakeholders. Support other ad-hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks when required. Requirements Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics experience . Experience handling air and sea shipments . Knowledge of Incoterms . Experience in international shipping documentation and domestic deliveries . Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office . Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field. Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
