The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress member to join our front-of-house team at our new modern Chinese cuisine concept in Dempsey. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in delivering attentive, friendly service. Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming first impression Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and beverages promptly, following proper service sequence and etiquette Attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience, anticipating requests where possible Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, tables, and service stations Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback professionally, escalating where necessary Support opening and closing duties, including table setup and breakdown Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service Assist with basic billing and payment processes at the point of sale Requirements Prior experience in F&B service, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role preferred, but not mandatory Friendly, personable, and guest-oriented attitude Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask during peak service hours Good communication skills; basic spoken English required Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed Team player with a strong sense of responsibility What We Offer Opportunity to be part of the opening team for an exciting new modern Chinese dining concept Career growth within a growing F&B group with multiple concepts Staff meals and other benefits as per company policy
