Security Officer (Central) Job Overview Location: Central Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (8:30 AM–8:30 PM / 8:30 PM–8:30 AM) with rotating off days Benefits: AWS, Variable Bonus, 14 Days Annual Leave, Fixed Allowances What You'll Do Patrol the property to keep the premises safe and secure. Monitor CCTV, fire alarm, access control, lifts, escalators, and other security systems. Control access to restricted areas and prevent unauthorised entry. Respond to security, medical, fire, and other emergency situations. Prepare incident reports and maintain proper records. Enforce property rules, no-smoking policy, permit-to-work requirements, and traffic regulations. Assist tenants, visitors, and members of the public with enquiries and directions. Support emergency response, evacuation exercises, lost & found, and traffic/crowd control duties. What We're Looking For Valid PLRD Security Officer (SO) Licence. At least 1–2 years of Security Officer experience. Comfortable walking and standing for long hours. Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime when required. Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and report writing skills. Advantage if you have Occupational First Aid + AED, CERT, WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Buildings, or MCST property management experience with knowledge of BMSMA By-Laws.
