Lead talent management and succession planning with various stakeholders. Overseeing regional performance management framework to ensure consistency. Drive initiative to enhance employee engagements, motivation and productivity. Act as a HRBP for business leaders. Key Success For This Role: Bachelor's/Master Degree in Human Resources Management, with at least 8 years of experience across full spectrum of HR functions. Sound knowledge of employment act, best practice and processes. Proven working experience in the healthcare device manufacturing or similar capacity.
