Urgent Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Technician (Mnc / Manufacturing / Ems)

Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure factory facilities, equipment, and building systems remain safe, operational, and well-maintained. Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for mechanical and electrical systems, including lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing, and other facility installations. Maintain and support safety and security systems such as CCTV, access control systems, face recognition systems, and alarm systems. Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for repair works, maintenance activities, and renovation projects. Support factory renovation, space planning, and facility improvement projects by liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Respond promptly to facility-related issues and maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions. Requirements Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or factory maintenance environments. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Familiarity with security systems, air-conditioning systems, fire safety equipment, and general building services will be advantageous. Willingness to support occasional weekend maintenance works when required, with overtime compensation provided accordingly.
