Urgent: Senior Hris Engineer (SAP Successfactors Payroll & Employee Central)

Responsibilities: Manage payroll-related incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Monitor and support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HANA, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications. Coordinate system upgrades, testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and post-implementation support. Support payroll processing, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR master data management. Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central (EC). Manage user access, security controls, audit compliance, and data privacy requirements. Ensure accurate data flow, interface monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and AMS teams to improve system performance and operational efficiency. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Proven experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and/or Employee Central (EC). Strong background in application support, incident management, change management, and production support. Good understanding of HR processes, payroll operations, and employee lifecycle management. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, business users, and external vendors. Hands-on experience supporting integrations with SAP HANA, ServiceNow, middleware, or other enterprise platforms.
