We are an established Sichuan restaurant looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering authentic Sichuan cuisine with excellent quality and consistency. 我们是一家经营稳定的川菜餐厅，现诚聘一名经验丰富且热爱烹饪的厨师加入我们的厨房团队，为顾客提供高品质、口味稳定的正宗川菜。 Job Responsibilities: 工作职责： Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic Sichuan dishes according to traditional recipes, restaurant standards, and customer preferences. 根据传统菜谱、餐厅标准及顾客需求，准备并烹饪各种正宗川菜。 Demonstrate strong knowledge of Sichuan cooking techniques, including spicy flavour preparation, stir-frying, braising, steaming, and other traditional cooking methods. 熟悉川菜特色烹饪技巧，包括麻辣味调配、炒、烧、炖、蒸等传统烹饪方式。 Manage daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, food processing, cooking procedures, and quality control. 负责厨房日常运作，包括食材准备、加工处理、烹饪流程及菜品质量控制。 Ensure all dishes maintain consistent taste, presentation, portion control, and food quality according to company requirements. 确保所有菜品符合公司要求，保持稳定口味、摆盘标准、份量控制及食品品质。 Inspect the freshness and quality of ingredients, and ensure proper storage and handling procedures are followed. 检查食材的新鲜度和品质，并确保遵守正确的储存及处理流程。 Monitor kitchen operations during peak hours to ensure timely food preparation and smooth service delivery. 在营业高峰期间监督厨房运作，确保及时备餐及顺畅出餐。 Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations. 遵守食品安全规定，保持厨房环境整洁、有序并符合卫生标准。 Work closely with restaurant management and kitchen team members to improve operational efficiency and food quality. 与餐厅管理层及厨房团队密切合作，提高运营效率及菜品质量。 Assist in developing new dishes, improving existing recipes, and maintaining the restaurant’s culinary standards. 协助研发新菜品、改良现有菜谱，并维持餐厅的烹饪标准。 Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff when required to ensure proper cooking methods and procedures are followed. 根据需要指导和协助厨房员工，确保正确执行烹饪方法及操作流程。 Job Requirements: 职位要求： Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a Chef, preferably with strong experience in Sichuan cuisine or Chinese restaurant operations. 至少5年相关厨师工作经验，有丰富川菜或中餐厅厨房经验者优先。 Strong knowledge of Sichuan flavours, spices, seasoning techniques, and traditional Chinese cooking methods. 熟悉川菜风味、香料使用、调味技巧及传统中式烹饪方法。 Able to independently manage kitchen responsibilities and maintain high food quality in a fast-paced environment. 能够独立负责厨房工作，并在快节奏环境中保持高水平菜品质量。 Possess excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility. 具备优秀的烹饪技能、注重细节，并拥有高度责任感。 Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak dining periods when required. 能够配合弹性工作时间，包括周末、公假及餐厅营业高峰时段工作。 Positive working attitude with good teamwork and communication skills. 具备积极的工作态度，以及良好的团队合作和沟通能力。 We thank you for your interest and we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
