Job Title: Project Manager (Curtain Wall / Façade Projects) Location: Singapore Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of curtain wall, façade, and steel/aluminium structure projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project management, including planning, execution, quality, safety, cost control, contractual administration, stakeholder coordination, and project completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in façade engineering, hands-on site management experience, and a proven track record in delivering complex and large-scale curtain wall projects. Key Responsibilities • Take full responsibility for project delivery, including schedule, quality, safety, cost control, productivity, and contract compliance. • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion. • Lead project teams and supervise engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. • Review engineering designs, technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements (MOS), and structural calculations to ensure compliance with project specifications. • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities. • Represent the company at project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to resolve technical and operational issues. • Manage variation orders, claims, project valuations, progress payments, and contractual matters in accordance with project requirements. • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, quality standards, and company procedures. • Oversee project completion, final account settlement, handover, defect rectification, and payment collection. • Establish and maintain strong rel…
