Job Title: Commercial Manager (Façade / Curtain Wall Projects) Location: Singapore Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial, contractual, and cost management activities for façade and curtain wall projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in tendering, contract negotiation, project cost control, procurement strategy, and commercial risk management to ensure project profitability and compliance. This role requires strong knowledge of façade construction projects, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to manage both pre-contract and post-contract commercial functions. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all commercial aspects of façade projects, including tendering, budgeting, cost planning, and project financial control. • Prepare and review commercial proposals, tender submissions, pricing analysis, and bid documentation. • Participate in contract negotiations with clients, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers to ensure favourable commercial terms. • Review contract documents, identify commercial risks, and propose mitigation strategies to protect company interests. • Manage project cost control, including budget monitoring, cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and profitability tracking. • Evaluate variation orders, claims, progress payments, and final accounts in accordance with contract requirements. • Support project teams in commercial decision-making, including procurement strategy, subcontractor selection, and supplier negotiations. • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost efficiency. • Monitor project performance to ensure alignment with commercial targets and company financial objectives. • Support risk assessment activities, including contractual risks, financial exposure, and project delivery risks. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements. • …
