Job Title: Project Director (Façade / Curtain Wall & Steel Structure Projects) Location: Singapore Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale façade, curtain wall, and steel/aluminium structure projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall project delivery, including planning, execution, resource management, stakeholder coordination, cost control, quality assurance, and safety compliance. This role requires strong technical expertise in façade engineering, proven leadership capabilities, and an established network of local industry resources. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage multiple façade, curtain wall, and steel/aluminium structure projects from pre-construction through project completion. • Develop project strategies, execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery. • Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to achieve project objectives. • Oversee project teams to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. • Review engineering designs, technical submissions, shop drawings, and structural calculations to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational issues. • Monitor project performance, manage contractual matters, and provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, subcontractors, labour providers, and fabrication partners to support project execution. • Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, workplace safety requirements, and industry best practices. • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, construction met…
