Job Title: Business Development / Marketing Manager (Façade & Steel / Aluminium Structures) Location: Singapore Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Marketing Manager to drive business growth in façade, curtain wall, and steel/aluminium structure projects in Singapore and the regional market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, developing client relationships, supporting tender submissions, and working closely with senior management to secure landmark construction projects. This role requires strong industry knowledge, a solid professional network within the construction sector, and proven experience in delivering successful project wins in façade or structural envelope works. Key Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in façade, curtain wall, and steel/aluminium structure projects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, and government or private project owners. • Follow up on project leads throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to tender submission, negotiation, and project award. • Support preparation of technical proposals, tender submissions, commercial presentations, and design-build solutions in collaboration with engineering and project teams. • Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and project presentations to promote company capabilities and secure project opportunities. • Work closely with senior management (General Manager / Managing Director) to develop and execute business development strategies in Singapore. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines within the construction and façade industry. • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including consultants, designers, contractors, and suppliers. • Support project handover to execution teams after contract award and ensure alignment between business developme…
