Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted strategies to identify and engage prospective clients, building a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets Conduct consultative meetings with prospects to assess their business requirements and propose tailored, innovative technology solutions Utilize multiple outreach methods including cold calling, direct and electronic mailings, enquiries, and referrals to generate qualified leads Analyze customers’ purchasing processes and decision-making structures to effectively engage key decision makers Prepare detailed quotations and deliver value-added sales proposals that lead to successful deal closures Maintain ongoing engagement with existing customers to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for expanding company sales Manage pre- and post-sales account activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Participate in Government and Large Account tenders by coordinating submissions and follow-ups Continuously update product knowledge and service expertise to provide accurate and current information to clients Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience Degree or Diploma in any discipline Experience in direct outdoor selling, preferably within MFP (Multi-Function Printer) and Document & Print Solutions sectors Outspoken and outgoing personality with a passion for customer engagement and delivering excellent service
