Process Assurance Analyst

Role: Process Assurance Analyst Experience required: 2-3 years Duration: 12 Months (extendable) Responsibilities Develop and deliver process management, process definition, and analysis of current processes where improvements are/can be identified and delivered for units supported, currently Service Recovery. Provide risk and governance process support across GIPS units, currently Service Recovery, Change Management, and Network Engineering. Provide contract management support, reviewing IT schedules for subsidiaries and overseas branches. Control EUC across GIPS units, maintaining an inventory list of EUC tools and ensuring compliance with the established process and governance. Documentation and training: maintain an accessible repository of process manuals and guidelines, and conduct training sessions for staff to ensure the established processes are adhered to. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Banking/Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
