About this role
Job Description: One-to-One Student Support : Provide dedicated mentoring and befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS) within the discipline domain, including students who have been assigned disciplinary consequences by the school. Motivational Programmes and Engagements : Plan and conduct motivational talks or engagements sessions aimed at inspiring students, strengthening character development, and addressing discipline-related concerns. Discipline and Investigation Support : Assist in conducting basic fact-finding and information-gathering activities to support the school’s investigation of student-related incidents. Assist in patrolling the neighbourhood with KPs after school hours. Parent Engagement : Support the Discipline Master in engaging parents and guadians on matters relating to student discipline, behaviour management, and student development. Skills and Experience: · At least 2 years of experience in working with families with children and youth. ContractPeriod : From 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. · Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8.30am to 2.30pm · Thursdays: 8.00am to 4.30pm
