Support Operation Officer

SUPPORT OPERATIONS (MOE School) Work Location : East Coast Road, Singapore Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 1:00pm to6:30pm with no lunch break. Candidate shall consume his/her lunch before reporting to work. • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays Contract Period: From 1 Sept 2026 to 31 Aug2028 (2 years) with an Option to renew for 1 year from 1 Sept 2028 to 31 Aug2029* *Option to Extend: The Grants the School the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year. Duties and responsibilities: Arm and disarm the School's Intrusion Detection System. Conduct regular checks of the school premises and report any building, mechanical, or electrical defects identified. Familiarize with the school's fire alarm system and be able to reset it when required. In-house training will be provided. Provide logistics support for all school events, activities, and meetings, including the moving and arrangement of furniture, equipment, and stored items. Escort contractors during maintenance, repair, and inspection works to ensure compliance with the school's security and safety rules and regulations. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager Be responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of assigned special rooms and areas within the school, including sweeping and mopping floors, clearing waste bins, and cleaning windows and cupboards. Skill & Experience: a. Preferably with at least primary six education b. Preferably one year of experience in operation support in school or equivalent
