Job Responsibilities Prepare ingredients before service. Assist the Chef with food preparation and cooking. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards. Wash kitchen utensils and equipment when required. Perform general kitchen cleaning duties. Support smooth daily kitchen operations. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Requirements Experience in a restaurant, commercial kitchen or similar F&B environment is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is an advantage. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit to perform standing and manual duties. Responsible, reliable and a good team player. Willing to perform cleaning and dishwashing duties when required. Able to commit to a 2-year employment contract. Working Hours 6-day work week 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM 1–2 hours staggered meal break Salary & Benefits Monthly Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,400 Salary package includes expected overtime hours.
