Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook food according to company standards. Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food preparation during service. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory and minimise food wastage. Assist in recipe development and menu improvements. Support supplier coordination and stock replenishment. Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff where applicable. Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience. Experience in fast food, quick-service restaurants (QSR), cafés, or high-volume kitchens is preferred. Good understanding of food safety and kitchen operations. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player. Working Hours 5-day work week 44 hours per week Approximately 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rostered) Rest days subject to operational requirements.
