PURCHASING EXECUTIVE Execute day-to-day purchasing activities for goods and services Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers in line with approved vendor lists Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documentation Obtain and compare supplier quotations and prepare price comparison summaries Coordinate with internal departments on specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules Monitor order status, deliveries, and follow up on outstanding POs Ensure purchased items meet required specifications, quality, and delivery timelines Liaise with suppliers on discrepancies, delays, returns, or warranty matters Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier documentation Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor performance improvement Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements
