Japanese-Speaking Store Operation Manager

[Job ID:1646731] Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the assigned outlet. Monitor sales performance, profitability, and key operational KPIs. Support recruitment, training, development, and scheduling of outlet staff. Maintain high standards of customer service and service quality. Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues effectively. Prepare and submit operational reports to the head office. Support the opening of new outlets and assist with multi-outlet operations as the business expands. Requirements: Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Experience in the F&B industry; part-time experience will be considered. Experience in staff supervision, coaching, and team management is an added advantage. Strong interest in outlet operations and customer service. Willing to thrive in a growing business environment and support business expansion initiatives. Experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Outlet Manager, or in a similar role is an added advantage. Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 3 certification is an added advantage. Candidates without the certification will be required to obtain it after joining.
