[Job ID: 1466201] Responsibilities Spearhead employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as a preferred healthcare employer. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and processes to attract nursing, pharmacy, and allied health talent. Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify workforce needs and strengthen talent pipelines. Explore and launch innovative recruitment initiatives to expand and diversify talent sourcing channels. Analyse recruitment performance metrics and present regular insights and recommendations to senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience. Requirements Recognised degree in any discipline. At least 6 years of Human Resources experience. Prior experience in healthcare talent acquisition is an added advantage. Proven experience in recruitment strategy development and talent acquisition management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in data analysis and recruitment reporting.
