Serve as a growth strategist and strengthen business trajectories through the achievement of client and company goals Provide ideas and solutions to improve the campaign based on critical analysis of the project Break down campaign metrics in monthly digital marketing reports and provide consultation and to clients Operate as the point of contact for existing clients and liaising with them via messaging, calls or meetups Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines and expectations Listen to clients' business problems and introduce relevant solutions, where applicable Educate clients on the value of their engagement with the company Work with our sales consultants and campaign specialists to ensure the success of the campaign Constantly learn about new digital marketing trends and solutions to help clients such as automation software & video marketing Requirements Need to travel to office and clients' place at times Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects, multi-task and meet deadlines.
