Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent service, handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to provide accurate information and support Resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction and uphold company reputation Maintain and update customer records accurately in the database to ensure data integrity Monitor customer feedback and follow up to identify opportunities for service improvement Assist with administrative tasks and prepare reports to support team operations Demonstrate company values consistently to promote a positive brand image Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and manage customer relationships Problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
