Customer Relations Executive | Up To $4,000 | 5-Day Work Week | Career Growth

Job Responsibilities Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and payment collections. Contact customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding payment reminders. Maintain positive relationships while ensuring timely collection of payments. Prepare and issue statements of accounts, invoices, and payment reminders. Record and update collection status and customer payment information. Resolve customer billing and payment-related enquiries professionally. Coordinate with the Finance and Sales teams on customer account matters. Monitor overdue accounts and escalate unresolved cases when necessary. Prepare collection reports and update management on payment status. Perform general administrative duties related to customer accounts. Requirements Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Responsible, well-organised, and able to work independently.
