Waiter Supervisor

Job Description Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and service team. Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints. Train and guide service staff on service standards and company SOPs. Monitor food quality, cleanliness and workplace hygiene. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food preparation and service. Monitor inventory and order restaurant supplies when required. Prepare daily operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma qualification. At least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service. Experience supervising service staff and managing daily restaurant operations. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
