Korean Cuisine Cook

Job Description Prepare and cook authentic Korean cuisine according to company recipes and standards. Handle food preparation, marinating, grilling, soups, stews and side dishes. Maintain food quality, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Monitor food inventory and report stock requirements. Follow food safety regulations and company SOPs. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef. Job Requirements Able to prepare authentic Korean dishes independently. Familiar with Korean ingredients and cooking techniques. Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude.
