Welder

Job Description Perform MIG, TIG and ARC welding according to engineering drawings and technical specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings before fabrication and welding. Fabricate, assemble and repair metal structures, components and equipment. Inspect welded joints and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Operate and maintain welding machines, tools and fabrication equipment. Troubleshoot welding defects and carry out necessary corrective actions. Ensure proper housekeeping and comply with workplace safety regulations. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements Proficient in MIG, TIG and ARC welding techniques. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong knowledge of welding procedures, fabrication processes and quality standards. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
