Food Manufacturing Supervisor

Supervise daily food production and processing operations. Plan production schedules and allocate duties to workers. Ensure products meet quality, hygiene and food-safety standards. Monitor raw materials, ingredients and finished-product inventory. Check production equipment and coordinate maintenance when required. Control production costs, wastage and manpower deployment. Train employees on operating procedures, workplace safety and sanitation. Maintain production, quality-control and cleaning records. Ensure compliance with SFA regulations and company procedures. Perform other duties assigned by management. Job Requirements Relevant experience in food manufacturing or food-processing operations. Supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred. Knowledge of food hygiene, quality control and workplace safety. Able to manage workers and meet daily production targets. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required. Physically fit and able to work in a food-production environment.
