Key Responsibilities Production Planning : Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines. Material Planning : Forecast and plan raw material requirements, ensuring timely procurement and minimal stockouts. Capacity Management : Assess machine and manpower capacity to optimize utilization. Inventory Control : Monitor stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and maintain accurate records. Coordination : Liaise with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align schedules. Data Analysis : Use ERP/MRP systems to analyze demand forecasts, lead times, and production efficiency. Continuous Improvement : Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for better workflow. Skills & Requirements Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering . 2–5 years of experience in production or material planning. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Good communication and teamwork abilities . Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
