Job Summary The Beauty Salon Manager leads daily salon operations to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, manage staff effectively, and uphold high service and compliance standards in line with company policies and industry best practices. Responsibilities Manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and health and safety regulations Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Lead, motivate, and develop salon staff to foster a high-performing team environment and ensure excellent service delivery Oversee inventory control and retail product management to optimize stock levels and sales opportunities Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation to support operational efficiency Ensure consistent service quality by monitoring standards and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Beauty Therapy, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline Preferred competencies and qualifications WSQ or CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent beauty qualifications Other Information Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, spa, or aesthetic industry At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams Experience in customer relationship management and salon operations
